What the role entails:

The Role

As a Tender Bid Coordinator & Administrative Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Tender Bid Coordination: Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender bids, including gathering project information, proofreading, and formatting documents.

· Director Support: Providing administrative assistance to our Director, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

· General Administration: Undertaking a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of operations.

This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience in administration, bid coordination, or a similar role.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

· A genuine interest in heritage and construction projects is a bonus.
