The Property Directorate is seeking to recruit a Contract Surveyor to work in the Trust’s Assets Team. The Directorate is responsible for the procurement and delivery of works received after this time will not be consideredup to the value of £15 million annually, based in the Trust’s portfolio of over 6,200 properties.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive team, delivering an essential surveying role to support active asset management of our housing stock. Working within an existing surveying team you will predominently undertake damp, health and safety and disrepair related surveys but will also cover improvement and compliance work programmes, stock condition surveys, day to day repairs and fire door inspections. Working closely with a range of staff within the Trust, you will ensure a co-ordinated and effective delivery of surveying services.
